Good Gathering: 2 September

GEORGINA REID (Wonderground)

Discover the healing power of food.

The next Good Gathering will host Georgina Reid (Wonderground) and Christina McLean (TRADE the MARK) for a night centred on place, neighbourhood and landscape. How we interact with it, how does it centres us, how does it inspires us and how do we grow the place, neighbourhood and community we want to be part of.

As always this gathering is an intimate supper club full of good conversation. You’ll share a meal with strangers turned friends in the beautiful seaside setting of Patonga, on Darkinjung land.

We are beyond thrilled Tristan Fraser (Rigatoni for Toni) and Hayley Thorncraft (Burnt Honey Bakery) will be curating a five course meal featuring producers from across the Coast taking inspiration from the coastal landscape with wine pairings by Mike Bennie (P&V Liquor Merchants).

Good Gathering

A neighbourhood dining series.

Good Gathering, is a new series of community-focused dining events that prioritise connections and storytelling over profit.

These communal dinners are being held in homes and community halls and will bring guests together with creatives and makers and local producers.

Each Good Gathering will feature a specially-curated seasonal menu laden with fresh, locally-sourced produce. And each event will invite special guests with fascinating stories to tell over a shared meal.

A portion of each ticket sale from Good Gathering will go to the Darkinjung Local Aboriginal Land Council.

You may arrive as strangers but will leave as friends.

The first natural wine party is coming back. Featuring 30+ makers across beer, wine and spirits across 2 days. Taste and meet some of Australia's best makers under one roof.

Hold on to your hats, dates to be announced soon.

Heartbake Supper Club with Charlotte Ree

Discover the healing power of food.

The very first Good Gathering will be hosting the wonderful Charlotte Ree for an intimate supper club full of heart. Centred around food and feelings, you’ll share a meal and matched drinks with strangers turned friends in the beautiful seaside community of Patonga.

Cooked by Charlotte and Central Coast's legend Rigatoni for Toni. Drinks curated by Mike Bennie and showcasing producers from across the region, this is an event not to be missed.
